Photographic Copyright of Images:
All images available at Procarlos.com remain the property of Procarlos.com. No Image may be downloaded or reproduced without the prior consent of Procarlos.com, regardless of whether you may have/intend to purchase an Image. Purchasing a print does not give the purchaser any copyright permissions over that or any other photo. All photos are for private and personal uses and should not be used for reselling for further profit.
Do you add photos on a regular basis?:
Yes. We uploaded photos usually within 48 hours of been taken for pubic vieiwing. Editorial photos are emailed within 1 - 2hrs of the event.

The 12 most recent events/galleries are posted on the main page. To find older events/galleries, click on a category or enter a keyword in the search or advanced search field. E.g. Bondi, rugby league, water, blood bin or an action such as run, pass, tackle, head high or even a players or team name.

How to purchase a photo for personal or editoral use:
When you see an image you like and have decided how you would like it (electronic delivery, 6x4 print, A4 print, etc) Simply click on "Order This Photo" link. This will take you to our email form, where you can request the type of payment method. Currently we offer payment via Direct deposit, bank cheque or Pay Pal.
How long will it take for my photos to arrive?:
Delivery of printed photos usually takes between 3 and 7 business days. All printed photos are sent via registed post in a cardboard flat pack with a bubble wrap insert.

Digital images are sent via email or downloaded from our server after payment has been confirmed. Customers can request their images to be sent on CD/DVD for an additional cost.

What type of paper are the photos printed on?:
We use a professional photo lab who print on photographic paper using a Matte Finish. Photos can also be printed on Gloss photo paper by request.

Note: Cropping may occur on images depending on the print size purchased. Every effort is made to keep the print you receive as true to what you have viewed on our site.

What file format are your digital files?:
All sport and editorial photos are in JPG format, landscape and stock photos are taken in RAW then converted to TIFF, but can be converted to JPG on request. We size an image 300 dots per inch. When offered, digital files are provided at the maximum resolution from the file shot after cropping. Most ink jet printers will produce excellent, sharp results from a 300 dpi image, when printed on to their premium photo paper.
